Yeah - the ruins of Raqmet from Kazakhstan. I have already listed it in my Ghost Towns forum thread. 

No exploration tracks; those are simple dirt-roads - most common type of roads on the endless steppe, also grid of the one-time street structure with ruins of buildings are clearly visible. 

Many other examples of abandoned settlements, farms and other dwelling sites one can spot browsing satellite imagery of the wider region.
(Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, but also you can find some sad remains from the Black continent in my collection.)

Somehow just now I have noticed this bookmarked thread, after rossilho liked my previous reply...

yup - modern age, man made clearings for whatever purpose...
one for sure, these (exploratory?) tracks can be used for vehicle traffic only at winter time when the landscape freezes.

about canadian archaeology I do not have much... 

1. - some months ago I have spotted a GE Photo at >>64.917256, -114.645218<< with an exciting title of "Ancient rock circles", but have not found any related info on it around the location.
(probably you have to zoom out a lot to make layer marker visible)

2. - after some search I have found The Majorville Cairn and Medicine Wheel (Iniskim Umaapi), which is an archaeological site of the Blackfoot Nation located south of Bassano, Alberta.
The medicine wheel has been dated to 3200 BCE (5200 years ago) by careful stratification of known artifact types.

3. - with some further search I have found some stuff about the Red Deer Ceremonial Complex around Empress, Alberta - also have placemarked 3 locations mentioned, but by only one I could spot any traces of the mentioned stone structures.
