Flying Whale [ANSWERED]

This is a brand new sculpture.
It's so new that perhaps the Big Brothers won't find it for some more days (I hope so)




It is just across this nice café (interestingly that concrete flower box seems to have been turned 45 degrees):

The context is that the lead singer died relatively young (he was exactly the same age as me) and this statue (a brand new one) is a tribute to him as he was born in this town.

i thought he had one eye.
i searched for one eyed sculpture. 

now i understand only one thing.

Always I try to stay away from puzzles where solution is known by me or where is a key-advantage to speak hungarian. 

This time I could not resist as I love their songs very much. Even my wedding-march was one of those - do you have a guess which one?

It was from the 2005 album, the 1 Magyarország 1 Mennyország (1 Hungary 1 Heaven) - the one hit from the disc, they have made a clip for*... ( ;

(*info based on hungarian wikipedia article)

Still it's made in some bittersweet, whimsical style, which has always been characteristic of him, so let's cheer up, no time to tear down! Tragedies of history are has been suffered, but such acts -we got to know from this puzzle- are giving hope, that discrimination has started to vanish from this corner of the World.

László Bódi (nicknamed as "Cipő" meaning "Shoe") was a famous Hungarian rock musician, frontman and songwriter of the Hungarian rock band Republic who tragically died at a very young age due to heart failure.

He was the same age as me and he was born here, in Uzhgorod (HUN: Ungvár) the capital of the Zakarpatska Oblast (HUN: Kárpátalja) region of the Ukraine.
