I've loved Google Earth for years. I'm interested in North American archaeology and I use GE to help me visualize the landscape of the first Americans.

Since kmz database of the old-GEC has been sweeped under the carpet by Google, brilliant collection of North American archaeology placemarks by DeanSnow is not available online anymore, BUT...:
I have saved it on my HDD and now I can attach for you to check! - I am sure, Dean would not mind it:

You might find further relevant stuff at the megalithic portal (search for USA there),
also my Burial Mounds GE Collection on this board contains subfolders with 46 pre-columbian mound sites from the USA and 3 from Canada. (check kmz subfolder: 'Transatlantic')
