Just now have found 3 other examples from Ukraine:
47°14'20.22"N, 32° 8'21.12"E Historical imagery time-stamp: 8/19/2013
47° 7'51.80"N, 32°29'13.39"E Historical imagery time-stamp: 8/19/2013
47° 9'57.32"N, 32°29'20.35"E Historical imagery time-stamp: 8/19/2013
by last edit: two more next to each other from Ukraine:
at placemark No.6. birth of a dust devil likely to be seen:
46°59'33.62"N, 35°39'5.96"E Historical imagery time-stamp: 8/21/2013
and its elder brother on the move some 200 meters to NE.

This one existsted as geo-tagged, photo layer content, a Panoramio photo (dead link) from 8/26/2014 uploaded by 'clide72' at 28°37'32.39"N, 0°42'44.00"E

Also seems to be one in the Sahara. Thank you willi1 for this great scene! As if were from an Aladdin movie!(: Notice, also path of the devil (30+ meters) clearly visible behind the cone. -based on depth of surface scar, it was about to calm down as caught by the imaging equipment. Follow thread of my other notice on these NatGeo Africa-Megaflyover imagery locations at Data Discussions! Nice collection syzygy! I've seen a few of these on American farmland, of course don't remember where. I'll placemark them if I see more. Would be great! That would mean another continent again!(:

No superstition, just another* poor 'word-joke' for this friday, introducing 13 th dust devil I have spotted browsing GE and Layers. (*The first was my ' 7th son', which one also been existed only as GE Photo layer content.) 13th dust devil from one of the hiking paradises of Bolivia:Image uploaded to GMaps by Remei Canadell / Photo taken: jan.2015. *** updated kmz folder attached to OP.

3 more sightings from Mali: cone, shadow and path visible: as seen from above - swirl and path can be recognised: 4 dust devils "on patrol" - cones and paths are visible on low-resolution imagery: *** Updated kmz folder attached to OP.
