Well done all!  {Answer}It was located at the intersection Miyajima Post Office road with Miyajima Omotesando Shopping Arcade.
Coordinate: 34.2990237,132.3218597
It is now located in nearby ETTO Miyajima Exchange Centre (Miyajima Community Development Exchange Centre).
