This satellite view shows an international airport outside of a nearby city. This city is where the exiled Stuart Charles II of England resided for a little over a month according to the city’s Wikipedia site.
A treaty was signed in that city ending a 17th century war begun partly for control over the seas and trade routes. There were many treaties in that century.
