The aircraft (probably Ju-87-B's of IV/Sturzkampgeschwader 1) flew out of Flugplatz Schweinfurt training in dive-bombing techniques. They dropped both concrete and H.E. bombs here; one can still see piles of the concrete bombs. See the pictures. Geoff Walden has an excellent section on this facility.
