Locate the Binocular Girl in the window. On a waterfront in Europe. I tried to cut and paste a map on the street view to assist.

ANSWER
{Spoiler} 51°19'56.5"N 3°49'30.4"E Beneluxweg 5-59, 4538 AD Terezin, Netherlands THANK YOU ! But I was half expecting another clue - or a clue to the clue.🫤 How is the clue connected to this place? I looked for the "home" of the captain of the flying dutchman, and it's mentioned nowhere online, or if it is, tell me how to find it, because I don't know! Of course when you know the name of the town you find it, but when you don't ? And what "famous" novel are you talking about? I found a few novels, never saw the name if this place. So all I had was the ship's trade company based in Amsterdam. And Amsterdam is all "waterfront"... another needle in a haystack. And that's after the clue. BEFORE the clue now: There are 1200 seaports in Europe, and nothing to go on in the OP image: no RIS, no keywords return the right results. How are we supposed to find this, except by looking at hundreds of seaports one by one? It's impossible. Unless reading minds or knowing the place from a previous puzzle. So thank you for any answers... 😵💫

Unsure how my copy and paste of the Google street address in the answer had showed the wrong city name, but your comment made me correct the city name. It is Terneuzen and in Wikipedia is the info.
The Flying Dutchman by Albert Pinkham Ryder was the image clue to the Frederick Marryat novel The Phantom Ship and the Richard Wagner opera The Flying Dutchman. Tradition has it that Terneuzen was once the home of the legendary Flying Dutchman captain, Van der Decken.
I was optimistic that the street map image with the waterways would help ID the seaport, but it didn't help everyone. Will try to be more considerate in future posts.

Thank you for your reply dagger66. I didn't know that town or the link with the FD ghost ship, and still don't know how to find the name of the town through just keywords. I just find pages that don't have that name, including wiki pages. So the novel isn't called The flying dutchman, it's called the phantom ship! Wow that's another thing I couldn't just guess... That was a hard one.

we probably did not use the same method, huhu huh, i forgot to explain the funny way i solved this puzzle! from the OP image: i copied the image on the left, obviously a port and edited it, removing the frames (i use photofiltre and, when you know this software well, such actions go pretty past): and this image is RISable, at least by yandex yeah!
