These two "bas-relief" signs, which are side by side on the façade of the building, show this used to be an apothecary's shop (ie a pharmacy). Maybe you can see the mortar (the bowl in which they used to mix or grind various ingredients to make medicine) and what looks like a still or vial of some sort. Please find the SV of the two carved signs (no GE or GM). Thank you.  |
