{ Answer}The second image shows part of a blind map, based on the map in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. If you consult that map you'll find that the red dot indicates the location of a place named Rivendell. The building in this puzzle was named for it.

Duuuhhh, was looking for the house,  studio or museum  of Tolkien.
