Medow, I moved your post to start a new thread with it since it is about a different subject. This type of object is asked about more often than just about any other kind of object found in Google earth imagery. It is called center-pivot irrigation. Rather than simply answer your question I'm going to show you how to find out lots more about Google earth imagery. Delta102 answered the question about this very spot over 5 years ago right HERE in the old Google Earth Community Forum.
One wonderful quality the old forum has is that placemarks from it were added to the GE globe. If you turn tick the box Layers>Gallery>Google Earth Community you will now find 2 i 's near your placemark. Click in those and you will be taken to discussions about the same place. Another trick is to turn on the Pictures layer. Almost directly south of your placemark is a little blue box. Click on it and you can see that someone has added a picture of the kind of equipment that is designed to irrigate those circular fields.

Center pivot irrigation in Saudi Arabia is typical of many isolated irrigation projects scattered throughout the arid and hyper-arid regions of the Earth. Nonrenewable Fossil water is mined from depths as great as 1 km (3,000 ft), pumped to the surface, and distributed via large centre pivot irrigation feeds. The circles of green irrigated vegetation may comprise a variety of agricultural commodities from alfalfa to wheat. Wikipedia

Hi, Medow, This is the Ras Al Wadi Alakhdar Project, and the crop being grown is Alfalfa - the imagery date is 23 March, 2015, so it is very new imagery. If you use the timeslider, you'll see that there were only about 4 small fields in this place in 2003. You can find out more about these irrigation schemes in Sudan by reading this report written by Dr. Osama Osman Ali , of Department of Agricultural Engineering , Khartoum-Sudan Cheers, Frank
