It's your fault, you started the series, I just found so many replicas and was wondering what happened to this, and still don't know why is not there.

I thought we had a similar puzzle in this general area 6-8 years ago, but I can't find it.  Maybe I'm dreaming too much.

I can't guarantee that, but I am trying to verify with the "search function" looking for past thread with the answer keywords. I have posted duplicates too many times already.

I've decided it was not a puzzle about the location, but perhaps a news article, blog, travel guide, etc., that I might have seen on the internet a few years ago.  In my feeble brain I could picture the Titanic taken from a distance with the ocean in the background and that it was south of TJ.

I just remember thinking "I've driven right past that place before"...but was not aware it was a studio lot!

A Google search shows quite a few sites with pictures of the exterior of the ship at that location.
