I was familiar with the sea where this boat once was used, but I was not familiar with the seaside town. However, according to TV documentaries that I watched, this sea became inhospitable as a wetland and resort area.
Find the boat please. Blue Dots or a few long range views from Street Views. Some show the boat with no graffiti painting.
