Pity, there is no StreetView at the mapped locations, but I could select 10 placemarks next to GE Photos out of the sum of 547*, I left in main kmz folder after deleting the 2 off-topic marks (the nice rocks and the ugly factory) of yours. ( :
Also I have found a GE Community layer site at >>24.550831, 116.900273<<, the Chuxi Tulou Cluster (Unesco WHS) thanks to CuriousJM ! ( ;
GE image link
As placemarks names in most cases are 'no name' or with less info, I set them to 0% and have given an unified image for the project. Also other subcategories could be reliable (U-shape, Round, Ruined, etc...), but here I stop and save this useful piece of knowledge edited for my taste as I attach below:
Recent stage of updates: 567 Hakka architecture sites mapped:
Hakka architecture Tulou - China.kmz (33.54 KB)
*EDIT: new subfolder for my further spottings contains 20 additional sites, 14 of which is nearby relevant GE Photos layer marker. Our dear CJM also appears time to time... ( :
Another example of GE Photos:
Thanks for bringing these into attention on GEC Forums!
After this really good start I am looking forward to other posts by you!
Best!
