Three Blue Trucks [little hint][hint][solution]

I'm bringing back an old style of puzzle I used to make... let's see who gets it...
I want you to find these blue trucks.

For this puzzle you need to identify something in this picture which is not bigger than a few pixels. That will instantly bring you in this area, and later find the exact spot with the help of the compass.

This is not about Googling something, you just need to find THAT. Look carefully...

The thing you need to look for is on the skyline of the image.
You see all those transmission towers? One of them is not a transmission tower... but a very famous building

Ah, I was fearing something like this, another TIKT Clue. You see, I already know what the pixels are and what city this is, have known it for a few days now. I hope you see this before another ten-day break away from F&G. The hard part isn't finding the area. It was a little hard, but not that hard. The hard part is finding the bit of road where the trucks are. I feel I've looked in all the possible places. I'm waiting for another clue, or the answer, or an answer clue.

Well, that would be on the next super big hint, obviously I don't know at what point people are in the solving process of the puzzle, I assume finding that element is the hardest part of the puzzle... so

It's a double road freeway, so I was only looking at the double blue SV lines, but this double road freeway has ONLY ONE BLUE SV LINE!
