It's a Bird, ... It's a Plane, ... It's a Ship. It has also been billed as a Monster! Not visible in GM but visible in GE historical imagery. GM - Please post last known location. or GE - Please post very inclined view from historical imagery. Please don't post from a single bluedot at the spot.

Well done all! The answer; Lun-class Ekranoplan known colloquially as the Caspian Sea Monster, was an experimental ground effect vehicle (ekranoplan) developed in the Soviet Union in the 1960s by the Central Hydrofoil Design Bureau. The KM began operation in 1966, and was continuously tested by the Soviet Navy until 1980 when it crashed into the Caspian Sea. Till recently it remained at Kaspiysk naval base (Coordinates: 42.881634, 47.656916) and is being towed now to Derbent, in Russia's republic of Dagestan. WikipediaCNN NewsBluedot

Jamal, Has you been able to find the spot where is it beached this days? I can't match the terrain on the pictures to a spot in GE, been searching the north coast from the city to no avail.
