Hi Guys, new to this forum and to google earth pro, so if post in wrong option I apologize, have booked into a hotel and was viewing it on google earth pro, when I go to ground level everything appears flat, so can’t view hotel entrance etc., can somebody advise me on where I am going wrong, all help and advice appreciated

Hello and welcome, the only way to see that is by using the orange pegman on the right by dragging it to the front. It would help if you posted a placemark here, you can read how to do this HERE

Zoom out a little first, then drag pegman to the nearest blue line on the road, you should see it from there.

Hi conrail, welcome to the forum. Here is the view of your placemark in Street View. (Can only be used if blue lines appear when clicking on the pegman). Pulling the manikin near the line and releasing the left mouse button then switches to Street View. (Show KMZ below) It's the same in Google Maps, but there you still have the option of viewing historical street view images. This does not work in Google Earth. Attachments:Prem Inn.kmz (805 B)
