Douglas C-124 Globemaster II Collection

The C-124 Globemaster II was developed by Douglas Aircraft in 1947 and produced from 1950 until 1955. 448 were built, of which just 9 survive.
All but 1 of those 9 aircraft are visible in Google Earth.

Many of these were placemarked in the old GEC, but a collection never existed, so I thought I would create one for the new GEC.

This would normally be where I would would say "let me know if you find any more", but I know you won't.

What a big, ugly, beautiful plane. Great idea for a collection. I'd like to see one fly again, but the chances area very close to zero.

Re-created from my reference data along with all my other collections.
No real changes, other than a couple of minor moves at 2 of the museums.
