Chinese Military Base in Argentina

As of yesterday, the base has been officially recognized by the Argentine government amid an injection of Chinese Yuan done on the same day. The satellite has been talked about for some time, and is a known affront to United States and Argentine security in the region. Here are some sources.

Here is the base. Current imagery shows it still being built, with a Maxar Technologies 2020 Copyright, but the satellite imagery has been altered from showing the original completed satellite dish which was previously and briefly shown. Can anyone show me how to pull up an older image set that showed the newer images?

If you check GE time-slider tool you see, newest imagery is from 2015. (+ 2 photos are available by checking GE Photos layer)
