More quixotry. Find the creepy Man in Black, who seems to be hiding behind a shrub. No distances but headings for a change, as indicated by the ruler in the GE program.
Good luck!

I got the place but not the man in black (perhaps historical?) No tricks or complications involved, as far as I can see. Accumulated rounding or measuring errors?

i haven't seen anything about the yellow lines?! I was referring to the yellow lines where you could easily see crossroads coming up. Like here (nothing to do with this puzzle)

Well done everybody!
The answers: Following the instructions in the puzzle, you’ll end up on the (beautiful) Plaza de Santa Cruz in Baeza, a small historic town in the north of Andalusia (province of Jaén). It is mentioned twice in Don Quixote. The three sites, of which you had to find at least two to solve the puzzle, are: 1) Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. Alcázar de San Juan (prov. of Ciudad Real). 39.3900°N, 3.2104°W 2) Don Quixote. Sevilla. 37.4188°N, 5.9965°W 3) Miguel de Cervantes, writer of Don Quixote. Vélez-Málaga (prov. of Málaga). 36.7817°N, 4.1009°W. Here’s hoping his head is still on his shoulders. (; Blue Dot view of the Black Man next to the Church of the Holy Cross: link.
