Wasn't easy to find, although I agree that you should not just "visit" others' property even if it is abandoned for years. But in this case it was not only 'visited', it was also brutally vandalized as I read in several places.

I feel u*r*b*e*x location shouldn't be given here. I have been reading in news that unscrupulous people take advantage of such locations and use it for illegal purposes. Note: I don't mean u*r*b*e*x Puzzles - I mean no answer (coordinates) should be given for u*r*b*e*x locations.

time for a clue? this topic has been very well covered by medias in the UK you will always see the name of the town: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, in the UK of course you can scan the area in GE or GM like i did at the beginning, it can be boring then i made a search on its owner, Nicholas Tachmintzis... 177 views

Walter_V_R, bridgeplayer, hhgygy, lockhopper, CuriousJM, well done a n s w e r :Nicholas Tachmintzis, Bucks Hill house, Bucks Hill, Kings Langley, UK, 51.687384° -0.472055°, SV linki found the address herein the satellite image, one can see the bentley between the two buildings! 202 views* * *I feel U*r*b*e*x location shouldn't be given here. I have been reading in news that unscrupulous people take advantage of such locations and use it for illegal purposes. Note: I don't mean U*r*b*e*x Puzzles - I mean no answer (coordinates) should be given for U*r*b*e*x locations. a few thoughts about that comment: - i do not agree with CJM at all + we peacefully wrote each other PMs about this topic - i already knew that some people on the net think it's not a good idea to give precise addresses or coordinates of u*r*b*e*x locations because of stupid people going there and making damages ...yes it happens! - u*r*b*e*x explorer websites very rarely give coordinates, pictures are always great - people giving coordinates are not responsible of those idiots or criminals - we at proboard posted only one puzzle/post about an u*r*b*e*x location = my present puzzle - people on the net are not going to use proboard to find such u*r*b*a*n exploration locations because our data about that is very very poor and because: - the net is full of websites more informed that us, for instance this one- anyway, i modified the title of my present puzzle, to prevent google searches... something comparable - i've always been concerned about the fact that street artists rarely give (on their websites, instagram, street art websites...) precise addresses of their murals and other works of art - one conclusion is, there is a danger that idiots, thanks to the location, are going to damage such pieces of great art ...yes it happens! - there was never any reflection about that danger @ proboard even if we posted 100s of street art locations - i personally care much more about murals than about already abandoned places well, at Fun & Games, i think it's pretty fun to find out u*r*b*e*x locations or murals or... ALL COMMENTS about that topic are welcome! (maybe not here in that puzzle...)

........... something comparable - i've always been concerned about the fact that street artists rarely give (on their websites, instagram, street art websites...) precise addresses of their murals and other works of art - one conclusion is, there is a danger that idiots, thanks to the location, are going to damage such pieces of great art ...yes it happens! - there was never any reflection about that danger @ proboard even if we posted 100s of street art locations - i personally care much more about murals than about already abandoned places ............ Just some thoughts - The u*r*b*e*x locations are generally hidden and there is danger of these being looted or used for illegal activities. On the other hand the artwork and murals etc are in full public view and if some one wants to damage these art works he/she, in most likely hood, will be a local and will not bother to search the internet for locations.
- Using the word u*r*b*e*x of course minimises the chances and is a good idea. I have therefore edited my earlier comment and have replaced the U-word with u*r*b*e*x
