Just have found on WeirdGE: GMaps link >> -22.339163, -68.546135 And the 1 comment by someone with a promising name! (: " Manuel Ignacio Sáez Zu-Dohna - September 30th, 2017 at 11:26 pm - one Comment - author #8754 on Smallest Church on the Planet by Weird Google Earth:That is not a church, it is a little building (no more than 1 mt tall) called “animita”, some sort of tomb without a body that is raised up generally by the bereaved and that remembers the place where some loved one died (so it is not in the graveyard, but in the very site of the death).

It is a very common tradition in Chile to build this “animitas” (generally decorated with Christian forms and symbols) when the death of someone has been tragic and or happens in a public place." ... Spanish wikipedia article for - Animita... Same tradition here in Hungary - crosses and grave stones by the roads where someone died in accident ... ...or by suicide. (!?) Also the trunk of the poplar tree can be seen on linked GMSV, which was hit by the young man (21) on the photo of the headboard. As the local legend says, it was suicide due to love grief. - R.I.P. young friend!
