For live screencasts/presentations, it would be handy to be able to hide and show 'My Places' with a keyboard key, rather than checking the box with the mouse cursor. Does anyone know of a way? Thanks.

Spacebar doesn't really work though, it only toggles when 'My Places' is highlighted (by clicking it with the mouse). But when I am clicking and dragging and active on the map, spacebar doesn't do anything.

The only other way I know of is to get a 3Dconnexion SpacePilot, I can program the buttons to do it. You can find second hand ones on eBay for £50 ish.
