This is kind of a repost of a puzzle (not mine) that was posted on the old GEC forum in the days before Street View and 3D. It was enough (IIRC) to mention the name of the town or the location of the tall structure. This time you are asked to approximate the view in this video still:
3D image please.

Well done krenek and Walter.
Here is a clue for others: The lady in the clip is the Spanish singer and actress Marisol (also known as Pepa Flores), performing in a Spanish tv show entitled ‘360 grados en torno a Marisol,’ which was aired on March 13, 1972. In her interpretation of ‘El porompompero’ she tried to imagine in a playful way what the world would look like in the year 2001.

Well found all.
The answer: From the clue: The lady in the clip is the Spanish singer and actress Marisol (also known as Pepa Flores), performing in a Spanish tv show entitled ‘360 grados en torno a Marisol,’ which was aired on March 13, 1972. In her interpretation of ‘El porompompero’ she tried to imagine in a playful way what the world would look like in the year 2001. The tall structure is one of the two Pylons of Cádiz. The view is to the northwest. 36.5083°N, 6.2623°W
