Maybe.
But it doesn't show up in the Roads Layer.
And it doesn't make too much sense to go to the trouble of digging a tunnel when there's a road that goes up the hill and around the lake.

Found this tunnel near the city of Whitebridge Inverness, Highland UK That seems to run under Loch Kemp. I think the east end of the tunnel is simply a dead end at a small quarry. The west end looks from above to be fairly substantial like a tunnel entrance, but my guess is it's a wall by a turnout to keep the hill from collapsing. There are other turnouts along this remote and perhaps scenic road. The question remains, why so much infrastructure for a turnout? It would be nice to have street view and/or picture layer images. Unrelated question: Why has what seems to be the Geico gecko replaced pegman in this part of the world? Must be Nessie this close to Loch Ness LINK
