Hello everyone,
I was looking at Google Earth Pro images that could describe the urban growthing in Lima, Peru.
I found a interesting image where we can see the new routes built by the population (see attached images).
I ask you all, do you have similar images about this topic?
I'd be glad if u can share these images, detailing the cities where they from.

hi geotavo and welcome to GEC! if you zoom in on densely populated urban areas anywhere on GE (desktop) and check Time-Slider tool, you can detect such growth patterns by good chances. also NASA-EO pages often bring cool image-comparsions of satellite imageries of past and present, as they did in this most recent article on the subject: Three Decades of Urban Expansion in Quitobest! g

now another example from Mali, Africa: as diane9247 recently has liked the Timbuktu joke, I have opened my attached kmz and surprised to see the contours of the town just as if were expanded since I have seen it last time... have checked GE Time-Slider and this was the result: growth of Timbuktu 2003-2019: Timbuktu growth 2003-2019.kmz (2.76 KB)

just have read another article - now on growth of Cancún. also I let this here! (; worth check annually changes between 1984-2016 on GE historical imagery!
