thanks for the clue interesting: - i was 90% sure about the country - i knew what it was - i used the correct keywords (i was favored) but because of the 50th anniversary in 2019, all google results were monopolized by such events in 2019! even using the year, nothing comes! pretty difficult if you don't know the name of the village or the region! (if you use the region in the search, google shows good results!) lockhopper , how did you find that gem?! * * * by the way, already in may this year i started to write to many french-speaking medias (100+) about the so well-known neil armstrong quotation that is, in 95% of the cases, badly quoted! (i wanted them to avoid this double error, quotation and meaning)(this year, there were less errors, phew!... maybe thanks to my emails?!? ) indeed, instead of
"That's one small step for a (me, Armstrong) man, one giant leap for mankind", they almost always write "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind", which is non-sense (man ≈ mankind) it is explained here, see "First Moon walk" (about the "missing a") in french: "C'est un petit pas pour un homme, un bond de géant pour l'humanité" (correct) vs. "C'est un petit pas pour l'homme, un bond de géant pour l'humanité" (incorrect and stupid)

thanks for the clue lockhopper , how did you find that gem?! Exhausting work. Well, I would like to take the credit for roaming the wilds of... But my friend posted it on Facebook when she visited, so of course I had to use it. Keep up the good work with the Neil Armstrong quote, so annoying isn't it.
