Should not be too hard to find nowadays with Google Translate on our hands.
The yellow ones are called 'paprika' in Hungarian and they are in a 'körforgalom' (roundabout).
(As I understand, paprika in English means the ground powder made of pepper so its meaning shifted a bit from the original Hungarian loanword)
