This is an blurred area in the Caribbean sea, at the coordinates:
14°23'28"N 80°14'40"W
It's blurred in the beginning, but if you zoom in, it shows a atoll or an island. Anyone know a reason why it would be blurred?

The reason for the hole is simply to mark it as "needing more imagery". They want imagery that is suitable for the view from above 22km ... but its not there, so the Seranna Banks atoll area shows as black (from high up) for the time being. Well they don't really need any other imagery, the existing land imagery would be fine... I think that the computer program asssessed that it didnt show ANY land .. there really isnt much land to show is there . So the imagery is marked with a conservative upper height in error.
