After WW2, the communist block countries needed housing quickly and they built thousands of blocks of flats from prefabricated concrete panels. In most Eastern European countries they are called "panel" houses. I myself also grew up in one of such blocks of flats. Now, this one is claimed to be the smallest of them. Judging from the latest Street View image, this is in a pitiful state now. GSV please

CLUE
The first picture can be reverse searched. Among the keywords, you will find the name of the town/village.
It is not in Hungary as you might have supposed but of course it is in a former Soviet block country.

I like this one anyways, only two things after it has been answered; a question and a notification: ... Now, this one is claimed to be the smallest of them. ... do you know any source for this? - or would you tell us, how on earth you got to know about it? (: ... Judging from the latest Street View image, this is in a pitiful state now. ... judging by (one of) the latest aerial imagery, this is not! - latest SV is from 2012, but check new advertisment painted on it, also some more tidy-looking surroundings by 6/7/2018 imagery date!
