At the moment in the news because Russia sent two of their Tu-160 "Blackjack" to an exercise in Venezuela. I visited Kazan and the Tupolev plant and there is one. I think that's the one assembled from parts from the 1990th. Pictures from 2017 show it half sitting on the ramp waiting to be assembled
