Interesting find as usual, however background info would be essential. Seems you have found none but many thanks, now anybody can do a try! ... here you are the glossary of my first campaign on the Web:only one-orphan aerial photo in GE layers (was glad to see was made by some "far relative" Wania Hungaro) and hey, it has also been posted by CuriousJM in 2009., on his travelogue! (no explanation there yet) blog page (from 2012) suggests it is a fishing lake and the shape is a tribute to he world famous nazca petroglyphs. it appears on 3 good photos at wikimapia, and on another at br.geoview.info with no further explanation. another blog reply (from 2014) says: "This is a private prayer place owned by a family in this area. The man is Christ." ending, GTranslation quotation by a responsible* source from 2015: "Some think it is the profile of an alien. Others claim to be a kind of Christ the Redeemer. The fact is that this particular lake of a farm in Iacanga, in the state of São Paulo, is man-made and remains a great mystery. The owners of the property refuse to give interviews and thus the speculation only increases ..." /Paulo Mancha D’Amaro/ *(Paulo Mancha D'Amaro is a journalist specialized in tourism. He was editor-in-chief of Traveling the World Magazine and a reporter for Terra and Próxima Viagem magazines. Since 2003, he has made more than 40 international reports and was awarded the Best Report Award for the European Commission of Tourism twice in 2012 and 2014. Sports commentator of the ESPN channel, Paulo decided to join in this blog the two passions: travel and sports .)well, if that guy says "no-info" then what else let for us?! three dots remaining, the search is on! ...

Reminds me of the another unusual shaped lake which I had posted in Blog long long time ago. ( Link to the Blog post) Most of the F&G members should be able to recognise it.
