No more answers - then the solution:
The Villa Cheminée is a livable small house about 16m² with one bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen with chimney, bathroom and toilets. It is a work of the Japanese artist Tatzu Nishi from 2009. The work consists of two parts. The first is a vertical cylinder with a height of 15 meters and a diameter of several meters, painted with three horizontal stripes (red, white and red). This cylinder is the reproduction of a section of the chimneys of the thermal power plant Cordemais. The upper part of this cylinder consists of a horizontal platform on which is installed a small single-storey pavilion inspired by 1970s architecture. It is surrounded by a garden with a lantern on it. 47°16'54.40" N 1°53'46.36" W
