The solution:
The "Steel Men Of Wearside" are located in Sunderland. Artist Graeme Hopper, from County Durham, created the artwork. Four giant steel men were devised to pay homage to the hard, physical work of mining at Wearmouth. 54°54'51.88" N 1°23'27.44" W
