I just returned from Greenland and when I tried to plot the places I went and my route, I didn't see many of them displayed on Google Earth Pro. Hardly any of the major fjords or glaciers are labelled, many of the villages and towns and islands along the coast are completely absent. Just to make sure my settings were correct I went to Switzerland and Norway without changing my settings and GEPro seemed to be pretty thorough in those places.
So what's up with this? Greenland is very important in the news these days because of global warming - why is Google not up to speed on Greenland?

Welcome, just so you are aware we have no control over what Google do with imagery. You may find this article HERE by Frank Taylor of Google Earth Blog of interest, although written some years ago, it's still true today.
