Ok, no more answers. Then the solution and thanks at all ! ( CuriousJM: Let me know if you have integrated it into your travelogue )
The clock face of the church clock in the little village Buckland in the Moor (Dartmoor, Devon, UK) shows instead of numbers letters. That spells out MY DEAR MOTHER. The black-and-gold timepiece was added to the old church in 1931 by William Whitley, Lord of Buckland Manor. He had the clock made as a memorial to his mother who had died. Ever quarter hour, its chimes play the the Anglican hymn “All Things Bright and Beautiful.” 50°32'38.33" N 3°48'25.98" W

..... ( CuriousJM : Let me know if you have integrated it into your travelogue ) The Clock has now been added in my Travelogue of Am Armchair TravellerAfter making my post I noticed that the text used in my Travelogue is a bit similar to the text used in your answer. Probably we had consulted same source.
