For me it was not easy to find. What about you? well, in that country it's always difficult for me! the names in their language are never the same, the locations on their websites are most of the time unclear (for me) or even wrong, the translations even worse, etc. i even found this location on map.qq.com aka Tencent Maps but it's all snowy, we cannot see anything! in the yellow circle, that should be the winding road!

The country where finding a (supposedly) related place name doesn’t mean you’ll ever find the object.

CLUE Maybe this is not much of a help...
It's easy to find that it is somewhere in Benxi, China. But to find exactly where, I used Google Translate to get some direct information in the Chinese language.

I had drawn a polygon around a huge area that I was sure included the location, based on clues I found. After 4-5 hours yesterday of slowly scrolling back and forth, this morning I found the place 1,800 meters outside my polygon!!!

ANSWER This latest Chinese glass bridge was inaugurated on Friday 08.17.
Lots of contradicting place names, this is how I'd identify it:
Jiefang Bridge - Dishuihu, Nanfen, Benxi, China
Coordinates: 41° 8'21.35"N 123°40'31.68"E
