firstly appears by GE imagery date 8/12/2016, cca. 80 meters diameter, hmmm... appearing by various -transparent water- imagery dates, it cannot be rare imagery glitch. my first thought was that it might be a marine outfall or diffuser, but quite not sure. also would not be surprised if turns out, that it was made by local bored-minds - seems quite not that complicated work to sweep (color?) the seafloor in a 40m- radius circle. interesting spotting!  ...

Mines or similar underwater explosions make shapes like this. A clue is that there is a central spot that is still visible - the blast wave is more destructive as it sweeps outwards in the local area of the mine, but there is a spot directly under the explosion spot that remains less damaged.
Airburst explosions can sometimes leave trees standing underneath them in a similar pattern, but flattened all around.

An interesting thing about this spot is tghat if you flick through the time slider in GE you can see that one satellite image is up to 80 metres displaced to the SE compared to the others.
