According to Reuters news agency (DOI 31.07.2018), a source "familiar with the intelligence information", photos and infrared images show transports to the research facility - but it is not clear how far a possible rocket construction could have progressed. A possible background to the activities on the site could be robustness and accuracy testing, the Reuters source said.

Unfortunately, Google Earth does not have a recent satellite photo. Nevertheless, this facility poses another danger to our world!
