Mr. Aid has been a contributor to the Soviet KRUG file in the Military Forum on the GEC, and gave his permission to use the material on his Blog to compile a GEC file of the Soviet/Russian nuclear weapons facilities he lists in his article. The article provides a history of the Soviet/Russian nuclear program, as well as the history of each site.These facilities have all been verified through the release of declassified documents obtained by Mr. Aid through the Freedom of Information Act. Edit 3: 11/02/12 Mr. Aid published a history of the Soviet-Russian Chemical Weapons program on his blog. The report can be found here:
