I thought of the general area several days ago, but Google Earth was not showing any blue lines. Later forgot to check Maps. Just now remembers and found on Maps (grrrrrrr) and still no blue lines on Earth, even on larger roads, but if drop peg man it goes into Street View.

Well done all, no more answers, then the solution:
Lava Tree State Monument is a public park near Leilani Estates on the island of Hawaii. It conserves lava forms of tree trunks that were formed when a lava flow swept through a forest area in 1790. It is closed since May 2018 due to the outbreak of Kīlauea, as lava flows could reach the park. 19°28'58.58" N 154°54'08.94" W
