Nice find! First example I have seen of a SV car driver out of his vehicle.
Interesting, what could have happened. I mean they already went together or the guy in trouble has to wait, and if yes, then how much at such a location?
Even I can imagine a situation when they should not to meet, only one or both have made something wrong to end up at one place, and the first who got out of the car has already started to examine his papers.
