Carlo Pedersoli, better known on his artist name, Bud Spencer with his "permanent" actor pair, Terence Hill were favorite movie characters of my childhood. Now, after I knew more on his personal life, I also think of him with condolence and love as Hungarian street artist TakerOne does: source: sr.wikipedia.orgThe wall became some kind of place of pilgrimage, also has been visited by his son and family, but on april 26. 2017. the wall was painted black and some bad-french text were let there: "not a memory wall". *** In november 2017 a statue has been erected in Corvin promenade, Budapest district-8, with quotation from Terence Hill: "We have never quarreled." source: hu.wikipedia.org // photo credit: Elekes Andor / commons.wikimedia.orgIn memoriam Carlo Pedersoli.kmz (1.29 KB)

Hi, it was a fantastic painting. However, the generation that knew him as an actor will remember him with a smile.

... the generation that knew him as an actor will remember him with a smile. Are you sure? I remember, he always had a strict look, not as Terence who always have had that infantile smile on his face. As I remember, only one thing could make Bud smile: when he sniffed chili-bean, or at leat some to eat. (:

I think it was a misunderstanding, sorry. Bud Spencer usually looked grumpy. But I will remind myself with a smile in the spirit of his fighting arts with his fists. That meant a lot of headaches for his opponents. The slaps in the face and his hammer blows were overly loud and all together was just fun . Take care, Pitter
