The Eye - Mysterious Island In A Pond

In
the vicinity of Buenos Aires (Argentina) you can see in an almost
perfectly circular pond with a diameter of 120 meters, in which an
insignificantly smaller island seems to rotate.

BTW, its both super and natural, but not supernatural. There is nothing to sentinel.
