Hello. First post. Has anyone seen what appear to be piles of some orange substance similar to sand in the Syrian desert located around 33°53'23.10" N 37°15'56.16" E? The 2009 time line setting seems to produce the starkest rendition for seeing it in it's full splendor. Whatever it is it has blown around some and there are orange traces of it on adjacent slopes down wind. Actually there are traces of it all about the area on hilltops and in pits. If we were near an iron ore mine then I was say it was some kind of iron oxide. If we were near the shoreline I might say it was bromine or some other kind of salt. But out here? Now this is a war zone and there are trenches dug out of the ground everywhere you look. Places to hide tanks. Perhaps this is where rocket fuel was processed? Probably not. No bomb craters.
