Now that krenek has solved it, may I present the clue: As you can see this house is extremely popular with movie-makers. It could step in for Paris, London, Moscow and Berlin. No wonder, I already made a puzzle from the same location for another movie with a clue from this page:

ANSWER This beautiful neo-baroque house is called the Adria Palace in downtown Budapest. Built in 1900, it was the head office of the Adria Royal Hungarian Shipping Company Ltd.
