Missing or incorrect place names, roads etc
Every now and then you may encounter an error in the database, a mis-named town, or image error. Given Google Earth's extensive and ever growing database, errors such as these are to be expected.
Depending on your location (which country), you may be able to add missing names and correct errors yourself with Google Map Maker.
This help article will give you the best option for your location: Report a problem or fix the map.
Anything you add using Google Map Maker or Google Maps will need to be approved, but should eventually be added to Google Earth.
Imagery
The average age of the imagery is one to three years. It is not currently possible to report old or blurry imagery, and you cannot request new imagery. Sometimes there is something more recent in the "historical" imagery, see Viewing historical imagery.
You can request to be informed of updates to your area of interest via the Follow your World app.
Errors in the layers
If you find an error in the user provided information (Google Earth community blue "i"s, Panoramio etc), there is generally an option in the pop up balloon to access the source and report it. If it is an error in the Wikipedia layer you may be able to edit the page and correct it yourself.

Street view
- Reporting a Street View image - think carefully before requesting blurring, once an image has been blurred, it is not possible to unblur it, Google does not keep the unblurred images. In Google Earth the "Report a problem" link is at the bottom left of the street view image.
- Street View coverage and frequency - note that you cannot request new imagery.
- Where is Street View? - see where street view exists and where Google are currently driving. It may take several months from when the images are taken until they are published.
