nice find! and what nice ride it could had, down the slope!  it has lost 150 meters of its elevation while done its 1 kilometer long journey from the 'landslide nursery'. following sc2006's formulae I would rather say: 'gravity, landslide and rocky debris' probably a bigger block could escape by its weight (check longer shadows at the "head of the worm"), finally stopped with some icy/snowy/rocky debris accumulated on its path behind. there is nothing to sentinel, I think, this would be on the best palce at EB! thanks for share! g |
