google knows the problem: in 2 years they have not changed anything

I also don't see Wilma's image. 

krenek  as you say the embedding Google Photos are real pain-in-the-$$.  Though I have 1 TB of space in it but I avoid using it for the forums and blogs. I wonder what is best option. Now that Photobucket is no longer free and tinypic is sometimes erratic.

In which case I would suggest Postimage (postimg dot org), after trying out several alternatives a few months ago (when Photobucket stopped being a free hoster).

I did that at first, then I saw GB's flying off into the sunset as we burden the board's servers with the actual photo file - takes up vast amounts of space - instead of just posting an embedded link to some other storage site! As we already told you, use Postimage, it is free (for the time being):

Right, OK, got meself a brand spanking new Postimage account, and edited my original post. I could of course see it with the Google link, but now it's much neater! Next project is to dig up my old avatar from way back when! Good luck to me!
