Well done krenek and alchemist! I suppose everyone recognized the would-be knight, his squire and the windmill he fought against? A picture search using two search terms, both in English and in the hidalgo’s language, leads to one website which has the particulars you need. Did you walk the park yet miss it somehow? Here is the exact location in GE:

This was the fourth time I visited this park. Missed it each time before! It can be found by a search in English! I also searched in vain while making the puzzle. Then I found that the Google map on the website has a red placemark which indicates the exact location. What I meant to say was that you can find it in Google image search by using either two English or the two corresponding Spanish search terms. With some of these sculptures only the language of the land works.
